“DŌ - Way of Doing Things - Aiming for High Virtue” Exhibition in Tokyo

After the successful exhibition held in August to September 2018 at JAPAN HOUSE Sao Paulo, the“DŌ – Way of Doing Things – Aiming for High Virtue” is now held in the Embassy of Brazil at Tokyo until December 5, 2018.

This exhibition, through the perspective of six traditional Japanese do, martial arts represented by Aikido, Kendo, Karate, Judo, Sumo and Kyudo (Japanese archery) , aims to introduce the unique characteristics of each discipline, the rigorous training required to attain a level of mastery and the spiritual aspect as exemplified in the notion of rei (respect) with photographs, videos and workshops where visitors can actually experience each of the six martial arts.

Period: November 6 to December 5, 2018 excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays
Hours: 10:00 – 13:00, 14:00 – 17:00
